1 tablespoon olive oil
3-5 garlic cloves, minced
1 avocado, chopped
1 cup non-dairy milk (I use almond milk)
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Heat the oil on medium heat in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic, and saute until browned.
2. Add avocado to the pan and stir with a fork until creamy. Add milk, salt, and pepper, and let simmer, stirring occasionally.
3. After about five minutes, turn off heat and squeeze lime juice into sauce. Serve over spaghetti and enjoy.
