2 slices bread
1 to 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese, to taste
1/2 to 1 tablesoon vegan mayo, to taste
3 slices vegan turkey (I use Tofurkey hickory deli slices-these are key please try not to substitute)
1 tablespoon green onions, thinly sliced, optional
1/4 small avocado, optional
1 tablespoon vegan butter, or as needed
1. Lay out bread slices and smother1 slice with vegan mayo, the other slice with vegan cream cheese.
2. Layer on vegan turkey slices, green onions, and avocado if using.
3. Put layered bread slices together to form a sandwich. Heat a fry pan, add butter and fry 1 side of the sandwich at a time until both sides are browned to your liking.
My favorite version of this sandwich is with Tofurkey Hickory + green onions... Yummmmm I can't get enough of this sandwich! This is the most fantastic sandwich I give my word, please give it a try!
