1/2 cup soy or almond milk
1 tablespoon coffee or 2 teaspoons instant coffee (I use one packet of Starbucks VIA)
4 teaspoons hemp protein powder (Trader Joe's makes a good one)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder, or more to taste
sugar, to taste (if banana is not sweet enough)
1/4 cup all-natural peanut butter (no hydrogenated oils or shortenings)
1 cup crushed ice
1. In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order: a. milk and coffee (if not using powdered) b. instant coffee (if using), hemp protein powder, cocoa powder, and sugar c. banana and peanut butter d. crushed ice
2. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
