1 crisp red apple, cored and chopped
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
Water, as needed
1) Add all ingredients to blender and blend. Use enough water to get things moving and add more if you want it thinner. If you are not using a high speed blender, keep it going for a while to fully blend the apple skins.
