vegan cream cheese spread (I use Tofutti brand)
6 whole wheat pita rounds (I use Trader Joe's brand)
marinara or pizza sauce (I use Trader Joe's brand)
soy chorizo, chopped
vegan cheese, chopped or grated
canned green chilis
1 red bell pepper, chopped
green onions, chopped
olives, sliced or chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spread cream cheese on pita rounds. Spoon marinara on top of cream cheese spread. Sprinkle with soy chorizo and vegan cheese. Spread green chilis on top. Sprinkle with bell pepper, green onions, and mushrooms. Top off with olives.
3. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for a couple minutes and then enjoy!!
