1 cup corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 to 7 cups crisp puffed rice cereal (Erewhon brand Crispy Brown Rice cereal is vegan)
1. Heat corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan. Mix until combined, then until the combo starts boiling.
2. Add the peanut butter. When the paenut butter is just melted and the mixture is starting to boil, remove from heat.
3. Add the Rice Krispies and mix until all the cereal is coated.
4. You can just eat it out of the bowl, though it is hot, or pour the mixture in a pan and let it stand until it gets firm, maybe twenty minutes. Good luck!
