1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (14-ounce) bag frozen lima beans
1 (10-ounce) box frozen spinach, thawed
4 or 5 new potatoes, boiled or microwaved
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 (7-ounce) box macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup water
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon tumeric
a few shakes of hot sauce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Heat oil in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. As usual, there are so many things you could add or leave out of this recipe.
