1/2 cup vegan butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional, or your favorite nut)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups of coconut (optional)
1 1/3 cups of condensed vegan milk (see note)
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) Make the graham cracker crumbs. I just put them in a ziploc bag and crush them up with a rolling pin. If you are unable to find vegan graham crackers, animal cookies are a good substitute.
3) Melt the butter and pour into a 9x13" pan. Layer the ingredients in the following order in the pan:

4) Bake for 25 minutes and then let cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Note: If you can't find vegan condensed milk powder then you can make it from scratch. I use the recipe from http://www.vegan-food.net/recipe/924/Sweetened-Condensed-Soy-or-Rice-Mil...
