2 slices rye bread
vegan butter, for frying
1-2 squirts brown mustard
1 big spoonful sauerkraut
3 slices vegan turkey (I use Field Roast Sage and Lentil or 3 peppered Tofurkey)
4-6 hot bread and butter pickle slices
2 slices vegan swiss
thousand island dressing, for dipping
1. Heat cast iron pan, and add vegan butter. Mix the mustard into the sauerkraut.
2. Alternately layer slices of vegan turkey, cheese, pickles, and sauerkraut.
3. Fry both sides in cast iron pan. Dip in dressing.
