1 cup grapes or fruit of choice
12 sweet cherries, pitted and halved or berries of choice
Any other berries/fruit you like
3 to 4 large spoonfuls hemp seed
Rice milk or dairy alternative of choice
1) Rinse grapes/fruit well and put in bowl. Add cherries and other fruit of choice. Spoon hemp seed on top. Add as much rice milk/milk substitute as you prefer. Enjoy!
My husband experimented one day and made this up, and we love it so much we had to share the idea. It's a great way to get hemp seed in your diet, and tastes SO good, especially when everything is good and cold. The sweet, plump grapes mixed with the tart, textured cherries and the nutty flavor of the hemp seed is really awesome. We haven't tried it with other fruit yet, but I bet it would be good with variations, be creative!
