1 1/4 cups green peas
2/3 cup vegan cream
1 tablespoon chickpea flour
1 teaspoon dried mint
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon soy sauce
6 leaves iceberg lettuce
1. Mash all the ingredients together, except iceberg lettuce.
2. Spoon 2 tablespoons mixture in 1 iceberg lettuce leaf. Fold leaf carefully. o keep it together you can stick it with a toothpick.
3. Steam packages for 10 to 15 minutes.
