1/4 cup uncooked macaroni
1/3 cup shredded vegan cheese (I use Follow Your Heart brand, mozzarella flavor)
2 cups water
1. To a pot, add macaroni and water. Cook pot until macaroni is tender. Drain macaroni, without rinsing.
2. Put half of the macaroni in microwave safe bowl. Layer with shredded vegan cheese to top with remaining macaroni.
4. Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds (depending on microwave, or until cheese is melty. Stir and enjoy!
perfect for late night snack or quick lunch, but i wouldn't recommend making enough for leftovers, it doesn't taste very good reheated.
