1/4 cup hot water
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup hazelnut (or plain) soy creamer
1 1/2 cup soymilk (vanilla or original)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon hazelnut extract
1) In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder and water until smooth. Add all other ingredients and heat on medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until hot. Do not let it simmer. Pour into mugs and serve.
I really like to use hazelnut creamer, but if you can't find it, just use original flavor and add a little extra hazelnut extract.
