1/3 cup oatmeal (equals 1 egg)
hot water (amount depends on desired consistency, but usually only slightly more than amount of oatmeal)
1. Combine oatmeal and hot water.
2. Heat in a pan for a minute or two, slowly stirring until you get the consistency you are looking for.
Source of recipe: Needed something that would hold together the bean burgers a little bit better..... It worked beautifully!
