2 cups frozen fruit
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar or agave nectar
1. Combine everything in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. This produces a gelato consistency, if you want a very firm ice cream, freeze an hour ahead of time.
Frozen Raspberries have been my favorite so far with pineapple as a close second!
