2 ripe bananas, each cut into five equal pieces
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2 scoops non-dairy coconut flavor ice cream (Purely Decadent is AWESOME!)
1 cup non-dairy milk (I use vanilla soy or rice milk)
2 dates, chopped (Medjool are great)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend to desired thickness. Garnish with thin slice of pineapple and vegan whipped cream if you have some. Enjoy!
