1 tablespoon Penzeys Creamy Peppercorn Dressing Base
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti)
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
dried dill, start with 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
I call it "cheater" because all I did was stir something. The valley ranch part is because the hubby thinks it's a good replacement for ranch dressing!
Mix the seasoning and dill with the water and let stand 5 minutes.
Mix in the mayonnaise and the sour cream and chill.
Taste and adjust the dilly-ness to your liking.
Source of recipe: I received a "creamy pepercorn dip base" as a wedding gift, with a few ticks, it tastes like vegan ranch!
