5 dates, pitted
1/2 cup water
1 cup ice
1 ripe banana
a handful frozen blueberries
2 collard green leaves with ribs removed (about 2 cups)
Blend dates and water until smooth. Add ice, banana and blueberries. Add a little more water if necessary. Blend until smooth, then add collards and blend again until smooth.
