macaroni or noodles
vegan cheese, cheddar style
vegan butter or butter spray
seasonings & paprika
Please use amount of ingredients to your taste.
1. Cook noodles normally.2. Melt the cheese either in the microwave or on the stove and mix with the noodles.3. Cut up some mushrooms & slice some tomatoes.4. Mix the mushrooms with the noodles.5. Cover the top of the pasta with the slice tomatoes & season top with paprika.6. Bake until you want it warm, hot or crunchy, it's your preference.7. When its done spray the pasta w/ butter or mix a lil vegan butter into it.8. Then finally, season it with like a goya seasoning or pepper & salt or a blend of seasoning.
The vegan butter seems it give it more of a cheesy taste and the tomatoes are dynamite with the pasta.
