3 tablespoons agave nectar
cinnamon, to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 sweet potatoes, chopped to fries
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl mix the agave with the oil and the cinnamon.
2. Add the cut up sweet potatoes and mix.
3. Put the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
4. Turn the sweet potatoes so they can cook on the other side for about 15-20 minutes (depends on if you like them soft or crispy; watch so they do not burn)
