1 medium or large apple, peeled and cored
1/3 cup soymilk
1/2 cup orange juice
2 ice cubes
1. Cut the apple into chunks. (Since you are gonna blend it anyways, there's no need to cut it exactly.)
2. Put the apple and all the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend for about one minute, or until all of the ice cubes and apple chunks have become smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish it with whatever you please, and enjoy!
