1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup vanilla soy ice cream
1/2 cups soy milk blended with 1 and 1/2 tablespoons vegan chocolate powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
a few shakes cinnamon
Dump it all in your blender/food processor and blend till desired thickness.
Careful though, if you blend too long all the ice cream will melt.
This is really good for not so good tasting soy ice cream that you happen to buy.
