1 1/2 cups of vegan butter (I prefer Smart Balance) (Softened)
2 tablespoons garlic powder
20 slices of bread
1 whole cucumber (peeled and diced)
enough Italian dressing to cover 1 whole sliced Cucumber
Mix vegan butter and garlic powder.
Cover cucumbers in Italian dressing
Spread one side of bread with garlic powder and vegan butter mixture. Cover this side with Italian dressing.
Put slices of bread together and remove the crust (optional).
