1/2 pound frozen corn
1 tablespoon vegan buttery spread
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
1. Put corn in microwave-safe container and heat in microwave. Add vegan butter and let melt.
2. Mix cumin, coriander, salt and pepper and sprinkle over corn.
3. Mix everything together and serve!
You can also take freshly husked ears of corn and cook over the stove in a pan filled with about 1" water on medium heat (turning occasionally until all sides are done). Mix spices and sprinkle over corn cobs.
