1 can garbanzo beans
3-4 tablespoon sweet bell pepper relish (next to the pickles in the grocery store)
2-3 chipotle peppers to taste... (I get a few small ones that come in the can of adobo sauce)
2 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
I don't have a fancy food processor, so I do mine in 2 batches in the blender...
Batch 1: add 1 tablespoon tahini, 2 tablespoon sweet pepper relish & 1-2 small chipotle peppers, 1/2 of the olive oil you want to use... I use just a dash... and blend until very very fluffy! Then add 1/2 can of garbanzo beans and mix until you get desired consistency.
Batch 2: repeat.
With batch 1... you can decide if you need it more spicy or not... and then adjust so your entire dish turns out the way you want.
Tip: great with veggies if your looking to watch your calories, such as celery & cucumber.
