2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons banana chips, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons dried or fresh strawberry pieces
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
1/8 - 1/4 cup powdered agave nectar or sugar
about 1/8 cup soymilk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
This is a non-sweet, non-clumpy granola mixture, as I prefer my granola non-sweet and non-clumpy.
Preheat the oven to 275.
Combine first five ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
In separate bowl, the same size or larger, combine last three ingredients. I do not like sweet granola, so I used 1/8 cup sweetener. Most people would prefer more. Add enough soymilk until mixture is more liquid than solid.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, 1 cup at a time, while stirring.
Bake at 275 for 15-20 minutes, then stir granola and bake again for 15-20 minutes until crunchy.
