1 ounce Irish Whiskey
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 to 2 cups black coffee
Vegan whipped cream (like Soyatoo)
Vegan chocolate shavings (optional garnish)
1) Pour whiskey and sugar into an Irish Whiskey or coffee glass and stir. Add the coffee, filling the glass to within half an inch or so of the top. Stir again.
2) Gently pour the cream onto the top of the mixture using the back of a spoon to form floating layer of cream on top. Do not stir. Garnish with chocolate shavings on top.
