1/2 cup water or soymilk (approximately)
1/3 cup quick oats
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons organic brown sugar
1 teaspoon real maple syrup (optional)
Boil about 1/2 cup of water/soymilk (or however much you prefer).
Mix together quick oats, ground flaxseed, and ground cinnamon.
Add 1/4 cup of the hot water/soymilk (or half of how much you will use), mix in brown sugar, stir in the rest of the hot water, and maple syrup if you want. Enjoy!
