2 pieces of whole wheat bread
peanut butter (enough to your liking)
1 or 2 pieces of vegan soy cheese (spicy type is my preference but cheddar or whatever is good, too)
garlic powder or minced
vegan soy butter for grilling
Heat pan over med-low heat (seems to melt soy cheese better if its cooked slow). Butter one side of each piece of bread. Then very carefully put peanut butter on the opposite side of each piece try not to rip it. Then put one of the pieces of bread down on the hot pan butter side down and then place cheese on the bread and sprinkle with garlic or minced garlic. If using 2 pieces of soy cheese place second on top of garlic and cheese, place second piece of bread on top and cook till golden brown. Sounds terrible but its some good munchie food.
