1 cup vegan soy butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup turbinado sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda, heaping spoon
8oz vegan chocolate chips, semi-sweet
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream soy butter and sugars until fluffy. Add soy milk and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop onto a cookie sheet by the spoonful that is covered with parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
