1-2 tablespoons oil
2-4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 pound seitan, cut in strips
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
pinch cayenne pepper
2-4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
8-10 tortillas, warmed
1. Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and peppers. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
2. Add seitan strips and spices. Cook 2-5 minutes.
3. Add barbecue sauce and cook a little more. Serve in warm tortillas, and garnish, if desired.
