2-4 tablespoons vegan butter, divided
1 small French baguette or 1/3 large baguette, halved lengthwise
1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, divided
1. Spread 1-2 tablespoons vegan butter on each bread 1/2.
2. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano on each 1/2.
3. Place bread halves in a toaster oven. Set dial to "brown on top," or almost dark. Toast.
Slice and serve! If not serving immediately, place halves on top of each other, wrap in foil, and place in toaster oven on warm setting (about 200 degrees Fahrenheit).
