1 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1 mango, chopped into bite-size
as many peaches as you like, chopped into bite-size
any other fruit you like, pineapple is great, of maybe berries
Cook the oatmeal following the package directions, but replace half the water with vanilla soy milk.
Once its cooked, add the fruits, and whatever nuts you like. Cashew is great. And don't forget the flax seed. It's good for you!
