1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium white onions, chopped
2 cups burger-style crumbles
4 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans, undrained
1 large can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes undrained
2 (2.25 ounce) packages chili seasoning
1. In a large pot combine olive oil and diced onion. On high heat, cook onion until brown. Add kidney beans, burger crumbles, tomatoes and chili seasoning to the onion.
2. Cook on high heat until boiling. Reduce heat and continue cooking covered until done. Be sure to stir from time to time to prevent sticking.
3. Water may be added to thin out to your own taste.
