2 vegan waffles or pancakes, whole wheat
container of soy yogurt
2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
fruit of your choice (I did a banana)
If your waffles/pancakes are frozen, toast them. If you’re making them from scratch, then make them.
When they’re warm, top each one with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Chop into pieces and put in a bowl. Slice the fruit over it.
Add your yogurt and mix thoroughly. Put in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
I made them this morning cause I wanted something different. It’s really filling and really yummy. I hope people like it. Vanilla yogurt works best, because it Doesn’t have fruit flavors with it.
