1 Idaho potato
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of your favorite vegan "cheese"
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice potato into fries. Place sliced potato into a medium-sized bowl and add the oil and salt. Toss.
Spread fries onto a non-stick cookie sheet, making sure they are not overlapping each other.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning every 10 minutes or so.
Remove fries from oven, place in a bowl. Pour the "cheese" over them, toss, and enjoy!
