1 large stalk celery
1 organic lemon, cut in half
1 large handful parsley
1/2" piece fresh ginger
1) Juice all items in a juicer.
Be sure to drink it fairly soon after making it because the vitamins decrease fairly quickly after juicing. Also, as you will be using the lemon with the whole peel, be sure to use an organic one! Lemon peels are not considered a food by the USDA, so they are often sprayed even more than other nonorganic foods.
This is the best way I know to rev up my immune system, and get my 4 year old to ingest serious veggies!!!
