1 head of Romaine lettuce/washed well under cold water
3 peaches, skinned and cubed
2 bananas, sliced
3 cups red grapes
2 cups pecans
2 cups sunflower seeds
2 cups walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup cubed pineapple
1 cup white rice, cooked and cooled
2 tablespoons orange juice (optional)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
1. Except for orange juice and vanilla extract, combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss to mix.
2. For a little more flavor, mix in orange juice and vanilla extract. Chill before serving.
