1 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root - NOT ground ginger
6-8 oz. plain or vanilla soy milk
1 cup crushed ice
pinch of sweetener, such as Stevia (opt.)
Chop up the fruit and add to the blender with the remaining ingredients.
Blend on high speed until the smoothie is very thick and to a desirable consistency.
