1 cup seasonal fruits (pineapples, apples, melons, raspberries, grapes, mangoes, etc.)
1 tablespoon nondairy yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped mint
Place fruit, yogurt, and lemon juice in a plastic bag and shake to coat, then pour into a bowl or onto a plate. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
