2 slices of vegan wheat bread
2 tablespoon your favorite organic peanut butter
2 tablespoon Baco's brand imitation bacon "chips" (basically it's textured soy protein)
Spread peanut butter on bread and sprinkle Baco's on top....top with other slice of bread and enjoy!!!
This is not necessarily the healthiest recipe out there but as a small child one of my favorites was peanut butter and bacon sandwiches (yuck!)...this recipe was actually conceived by my Mom who wanted to be able to make me something different. She succeeded...I don't think I would have come up with this on my own!!
