1/2 cup of Tahini
1 big clove of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
4 leave of cilantro (long leaves)
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. (lime works too)
Adapted from different sources and my taste of course.
Mix all the ingredients except the water in the blender.
Add water until you get a dip or salad dressing.
Adjust the levels of salt, lemon and water for your taste and purpose.
You can add 2 Caribbean sweet peppers (ajices dulces) but those are hard to find in US. Enjoy!
