1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
1 cup whole grain flakes
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup soy milk
sweetener to taste
Simply mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until the nut butter and cocoa powder mixes into the soy milk.
Grab a spoon and dig in. It tastes really close to Reeses peanut butter puffs cereal but is a lot healthier.
