1 whole wheat tortilla (I like La Tortilla Factory Low Carb)
1-2 tablespoons cashew butter
1 tablespoon agave nectar (tastes like honey)
Spread cashew butter on tortilla, drizzle agave nectar on it, then fold up like a burrito.
These are a pretty healthy snack with 15 grams of fiber, 22 g of carbs, 11 g of protein, and about 220 calories (using 1 tablespoon of cashew butter). Of course we all know there's a lot of fat in nut butter, but on the good side, only 1.5 g of it is saturated. You can also use peanut butter or almond butter.
