1 package of frozen Shoepeg corn (a variety of white sweet corn)
2 cups of cooked orzo pasta
1 package of Sazon seasoning (seasoned salt which includes cilantro, achiote, garlic, salt)
3 tablespoons of Recaito (a cilantro-based seasoning)
1 sweet red bell pepper, cut into strips, and sauteed until soft
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Cook your pasta according to boxed directions. Cook your corn according to boxed directions. While corn and pasta are cooking, slice your red bell pepper and saute in oil until tender. Combine the orzo and corn in a large enough serving bowl. Add your olive oil and mix. Add 1 package of Sazon seasoning mix and 3 tablespoons of Recaito. Take your sliced red pepper and place along the top to garnish the dish. Enjoy!!!
