1/3 cup brown rice
3 cups water
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup crushed walnuts
1 tablespoon soy butter
1/3 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup diced carrots
1 tablespoon thick teriyaki glaze
Start brown rice cooking. 15 minutes after you place the rice in the boiling water add the diced carrots, butter and teriyaki.
15 minutes after that add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until the rice is done.
It has such good ingredients when I make this it is all I have for dinner.
