1 14oz can garbanzo beans, with 2 tablespoons of liquid from can
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon Juice
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 jalapeño pepper (sliced and seeded)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Put all ingredients in a food processor or whatever you use, and blend until smooth.
