2 1/2 cups walnuts, ground in food processor or blender
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
1/3 cup vegan carob or chocolate chips
2/3 cup maple syrup
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, optional
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease 1 cookie sheet.
2. In order, mix together ingredients well.
3. Drop dough on cookie sheet with spoon and flatten with fork.
4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Check often for burning. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
