1/2 pound tofu, 1/4 to 1/2" cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1. Preheat broiler. Place the tofu in a broiling pan with oil and soy sauce and mix it up so that the tofu is well covered.
2. Broil the tofu until brown, or even crispy, 5 to 15 minutes, turning it every few minutes.
Try these variations: Add spices and herbs as you like, different oils and sauces. Tastes great with a little sesame oil thrown in. Try cutting the tofu into thin slices instead of cubes and broil until crispy.
