1 whole wheat pita
1/2 cup blueberries (or as many as you'd like)
This is my take on the original PB&J. Its very satisfying and VERY healthy. The warm gooeyness of this sandwich is simply irresistible!
First warm the pita in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Cut pita in half and spread desired amount of peanutbutter in each half.
Microwave blueberries until they begin to bubble- about 50 seconds. Remove from microwave and add desired sweetener. Mash slightly with fork, then spread in pita halves.
